(1) Regardless of what is written in the prevailing law, the amount of 0.5% of the amount received from the execution of the arbitrator's decision shall be paid to the relevant court as a fee for the execution of the decision and the amount of the decision to be executed. If the payment is not related to the matter to be submitted, the price or amount can be determined according to the prevailing market price of the subject to be made or to be made according to the decision, at the rate of 0.5 percent of the same, and if it cannot be determined in that way, a fine of five hundred rupees must be paid by the requesting party after implementing the decision.< br> (2) If the other party wants to pay the fee submitted according to sub-section (1), the district court will pay the same as the court fee according to the prevailing law.
